Many pieces are unique or produced in limited artisan runs. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative, adjust the order or arrange the applicable refund.

We offer domestic and, where available, international shipping. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Once a shipping label is issued, address changes or delays will depend on the carrier.

Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture or finish are not considered defects. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs of the packaging and piece so we can review the case.
